美亚购入 ASUS 华硕 Transformer Book T100HA-C4-GR 笔记本 售后维权记录
看了张大妈推送的一些帖子,终于决定下手买个便携笔记本。个人不是那个专业的,所以对电脑不是很懂,只是知道SSD开机启动貌似比传统硬盘快。

同样购自美亚, 价格方面直邮约331刀,但考虑到还有信用卡18%的返现,到手也不会超过2k人民币。
但当我收到货后,却发现
这货写的是EMMC啊。自行百度,StorageSamsung CGND3R eMMC, 64 GB。
再看ASUS 美国官网 - 也是 64GB eMMC 。我又自行搜索了一下,好像emmc 也属于SSD,可他为什么不直接写emmc呢? 在美亚搜索SSD ,出来的可不是emmc
于是乎,找美亚售后,发邮件说他网页描述不准确,有问题,会误导消费者的。美亚回复:To help you with this, I have checked and seen that the descriptions say that the item has "64GB SSD with Windows 10 pre-installed" 看来他们也没意识到这个问题。于是我就截图给他,说你这是emmc,不是ssd。
对方回复:I'm sorry to know about the wrong item you received for your order #Orderxxxxx7. I understand that you want to return the item.
As per the concern, I'm afraid to tell you that unfortunately we are unable to send a pre-paid return mailing label to "China".

硬盘的描述改成了 flash memory solid state, 应该是闪存盘的意思吧? 不转的就是固态的?然而这个时候我收到了full refund 。其实我也不想白占人便宜,拿了人家东西不给钱的,于是再发邮件,回复依然很迅速:Hello,

As our previous representative promised, please place a new order and write back to us with the order number so that we'll reduce the item price to $xxx. Therefore no need to concern about it.解决方式居然是要我再下一个订单,于是我就又下了一个,而且告诉他这个新订单应该without shippment and import fees ,因为不需要邮寄了。下单之后告诉客服订单号,然后他们会给改价格。

总结:至此可以告一段落,帖子发出来并不是告诉大家可以去要折扣退款,而是说明美亚的客服的确很好,反应迅速有耐心。最终我留下了商品,因为我想要的ssd是不存在的,虽然之前他商品描述是有问题的,会误导消费者,我完全可以抓住这个问题要求免单,但我也没想要不给钱白占,而是我们协商了一个discount。我想如果都来占便宜,他们对中国的售后政策会不会有变化,变得不如以前好了。总而言之,美亚的客服是我见过最好的,也希望能够保持下去。
